WHEELS IN MOTION…

The belt buckles are in, the 2009 screened tees are in, our kickoff
party at the Carlsbad 5k is edging closer, and spring is
approaching. All this to say that the 2009 Inspire Daily
Campaign is nearing full stride and things are about to get
exciting! Stay tuned to your email and our website for

SHOUT-OUTS!

BRAD SMYTHE - Brad won the Freedom Park New Year’s
Ultra running 40.86 miles in 6 hours. Nice work, Brad!

NICK STANKO AND JON LITTLE - Nick and Jon finished
as the 1st and 3rd Americans at the Rock n’ Roll Arizona Marathon
in 2:19 and 2:23 respectively. Way to go, guys!

SUZANNE LARSEN - Suzanne was the top woman at the
ING Miami 1/2 Marathon in 1:20:38. Congrats, Suzanne!

CRAIG CHRISTIANS - Craig won the Omaha Run Club
Chiller Challenge 8k in 14 degree temps and two inches of
snow. Nice job, Craig!

DANIELLE RUSSELL - Dani was the second place woman
at newly Brooks-sponsored Marti Gras 1/2 Marathon in Louisiana in
1:22:25. Great job, Dani!

CAMP!

I will be sending out an email invitation to our June 18-21 camp at
Crystal Moutain in a few days. This is the inaugural Brooks
Inspire Daily Camp and should be a blast! If you are
interested in attending there will be a link on the email to
signup. However, space is limited and camp attendees will be
chosen at random.

EVENTS

Currently, we have four I.D. parties planned around four prominent
events in 2009. If you live in the area or plan to race the
event, please join us for some fun, food, and hangout following the
events listed below:

Carlsbad 5k, April
Boston Marathon, April
Broad Street 10 Mile, May
Chicago Marathon, October

TEAM DISCOUNT

We are excited to introduce a new program for high school and club

2009 T-SHIRTS

In December Members voted on a technical t-shirt design for the
2009 campaign. Well, they are here! I will be sending
out codes for everyone to purchase their free technical shirts in
the next few weeks. Wear it with pride!

PROGRAMS, PROGRAMS

I am still hammering out some details for our Age Group and
Positive Media Exposure Award Programs. Thank you to everyone
who has participated thus far and I will be distributing awards as
well as announcing winners on my blog soon. The next Age
Group Award Event is the Seattle St Paddy’s Dash, followed by the
Carlsbad 5k and Boston Marathon.
